Terms & Conditions
These terms explain how Abex Express and Logistics accepts, handles, transports, and delivers shipments. By booking a shipment with us, the sender confirms that the shipment details are accurate and that the parcel complies with applicable laws and courier safety requirements.
Shipment Booking
Customers must provide complete sender and receiver details, including name, phone number, address, city, and any special delivery instructions. Incorrect or incomplete information may delay delivery or cause return of the shipment.
Restricted Items
Customers must not ship illegal, hazardous, flammable, perishable, cash, weapons, narcotics, or any item restricted by Pakistani law or carrier policy. Abex may refuse, hold, or return any shipment that appears unsafe or non-compliant.
Delivery & Returns
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to weather, traffic, incomplete addresses, recipient unavailability, public holidays, or operational issues. Undeliverable shipments may be returned to the sender according to our return process.
Charges & Payments
Shipping charges, COD charges, return charges, and any additional service fees must be paid according to the agreed plan. For eligible business accounts, Abex may provide 100% advance payment before delivery so customers do not have to wait for payment after the parcel is delivered. For business accounts, invoices should be cleared within the agreed billing cycle.
Liability
Abex takes reasonable care while handling parcels, but liability may be limited for fragile, poorly packed, restricted, incorrectly declared, or high-value shipments unless a written agreement states otherwise.
Policy Updates
Abex may update these terms as services, routes, pricing, or legal requirements change. Continued use of our services means the updated terms are accepted.
