Illegal, hazardous, flammable, perishable, cash, weapons, narcotics, and restricted items are not allowed. Fragile or high-value items should be declared and packed properly before booking.
Our team may attempt delivery again or contact the sender/receiver for guidance. If delivery cannot be completed, the shipment may be returned according to the applicable return process.
